REQUEST FOR INFORMATION The Marine Corps Installations, National Capital Region � Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA is seeking information on behalf of the Office of Legislative (OLA), Headquarters Marine Corps. CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS:� Marine Corps Installations � National Capital Region, Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR RCO), located on Marine Corps Base, 2010 Henderson Road, Quantico, VA. INTRODUCTION: The Marine Corps� Office of Legislative Affairs success is dependent on informed and productive relationships with a broad spectrum individuals, entities, and ideologies within the U.S. Congress while enhancing our ability to provide timely and accurate Congressional analysis to senior leaders within the Marine Corps.� OBJECTIVE: The objective of this requirement is to track Congressional engagements, improve legislative analysis and increase efficiency across the Office of Legislative Affairs via subscription products as outlined by the requirements below. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION: The requested software subscription shall include as follows: Ability to accurately track actions and staff positions for elected officials and their staff. � Ability to accurately access biographical information for elected officials and their staff.� Ability to track Senate and House of Representative committee actions and reports. Ability to track legislative bills, to include revisions, as it progresses to becoming law. Ability to track and maintain a database of engagements with elected officials by Marine Corps Senior Leaders. Ability to create briefing materials and other necessary documents for preparing Senior Leaders prior to engagements with elected officials. Ability to track press releases and public notices issued by elected officials through traditional media and/or multiple social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Ability to identify relationship pathways that increase Congressional support while tracking engagements and associated After Action Reports (AAR). Customizable platform and mobile applications. Ability to track the status of Requests for Information (RFIs) to ensure completion.� Support analysis by mapping networks aligned with issues and/or engagements. Synchronize customizable data with congressional district/state interest and Marine Corps equities. Generate customizable reports in multiple formats (PDF, word, excel, etc.) Ability to generate emails containing the output of analysis to non-account holders. Do you sell these services on GSA or any existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) or Government-Wide Multiple Award Contracts (GWAC)? Questions and comments regarding this requirement will be accepted, reviewed and answered if the Government determines responses are warranted. All information received that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
