- This requirment is a sole source (restrictive rights, exclusive licensing) and this is an intent to sole source.� All quotes recieved will be considered for the ""next"" solicitation.� Vendor must provide Cage Code, DUNS number, all contact information, Destination or Orgin, and delivery timeframe.� Please see all uploaded documents. STATEMENT OF WORK GOLDEN WEST HUMANITARIAN FOUNDATION (GW) COURSE IN MODS TRAINING AND MATERIALS 1.0������ INTRODUCTION Expeditionary Exploitation Unit ONE (EXU-1) has a requirement to provide operational commanders and the intelligence community a rapidly deployable advanced exploitation capability. In order to adhere to hazardous material transportation requirements for logistical and safety reasons, many operations and procedures that require explosive tools and other energetic materials preclude an expeditionary deployment. GW has used the Mobile Ordnance Disposal System (MODS) as an ordnance disposal tool for decades in the demining and explosive harvesting industries for humanitarian purposes with great success. EXU-1 personnel require this training for current tactics, techniques, and procedures, to remain effective and safe in the spectrum of exploitation capabilities. SCOPE The Contractor shall provide course curriculum, instruction, and materials for the following: MODS FOR EOD AND EXPLOITATION PROCEDURES COURSE Duration:� 5 Days 10 students COURSE MATERIALS������������������������������������������� ����������� Training materials shall be included for the safe conduct of the course. Other included costs are: range fees, classroom fees, onsite medical support, explosive materials, detonators, and associated materials. Travel, lodging, and per diem expenses are not included in the above cost estimates. 2.0������ REQUIREMENTS� The Contractor shall provide classroom instruction followed by a combination of hands-on technical practical exercises and full mission profile scenarios that both inform the students and afford them an opportunity to practice techniques.� The training curriculum shall be designed to support each training class with a minimum of 8 hours and maximum of 10 hours of instruction per training day.� The Contractor must provide both classroom and practical training that enables the development of students� skills and techniques. 3.0������ DELIVERABLES The Contractor shall provide detailed unclassified student handouts and student guides to complement academic lessons per class. Each student guide shall at a minimum provide a paper copy of the slides used to teach each lesson (2 per page maximum). This package is a deliverable to each participant upon completion of the training. (CDRL A001) The Contractor shall deliver participants proof of completion at the end of the course that state at a minimum the name and rank of each participant, hours of instruction, and course title. (CDRL A002) 4.0������ PERIOD AND PLACE OF PERFORMANCE The Contractor shall have a curriculum ready to deliver training for the anticipated dates and locations as follows: Location:������� Stillwell, OK Dates: 28 March 2022 to 1 April 2022� � � � �MODS for EOD and Exploitation Procedures 6. 0�� CONTRACTOR CERTIFICATIONS / QUALIFICATIONS Instruction team should be composed of explosives experts with in-depth experience in the related skillsets and materials.
