- Del Mar-Trevet-JV, LLC (small business), Chula Vista, California 91910-5701 (N62473-21-D-2218); Bethel-Tech JV (small business), Anchorage, Alaska 99503-2749 (N62473-21-D-2219); SRS-ERRG JV (small business), Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53226-3442 (N62473-21-D-2220); AES-CAPE Joint Venture, LLC (small business), Wasilla, Alaska 99654-8084 (N62473-21-D-2221); Bodhi-Tidewater JV1 (small business), El Cajon, California 92021-4803 (N62473-21-D-2222); are each being awarded a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), 8(a) Environmental Multiple Award Contract, 8(a) EMAC, for Environmental Remediation Services.� The maximum dollar value for all five contracts combined is $95,000,000.� One task order has been issued at this time.� All work on this contract will performed within the NAVFAC area of responsibility at various DoD installations in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington.� The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months, with an expected completion date of 28 September 2026. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website with 19 proposals received.� These five contractors may compete for task orders under the terms and conditions of the awarded contract.� The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Southwest, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity. The work to be performed to obtain services for performing environmental restorations at contaminated sites predominately at Navy and Marine Corps installations and other Government agencies. The sites will consist of those ranked on the Superfund National Priority List (NPL) as well as non-NPL sites regulated under Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Underground Storage Tanks (UST), and other sites, which might require remedial action. Services may include, but are not limited to; assessment and remediation of Installation Restoration Program (IRP) Sites, Munition Response Program (MRP) Sites, and other sites. Restoration and/or remediation of contaminated sites may include both munitions components and hazardous, toxic, and radiological waste (HTRW) components.� This contract focuses primarily on environmental restoration projects but could involve other environmental work such as compliance services under the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Safe Drinking Water Act, the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), any subsequently promulgated federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and any applicable DoD, Navy and/or Marine Corps policies, procedures, and instructions
