February 23, 2022 The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS for�Dell Power Edge Servers Computer Mainframe & Components at West Point, NY. The delivery date will be for April 01, 2022 This requirement is listed under NAICS code 334111 Computer Manufacturing, and FSC/PSC of 7B21. In addition: In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a CHESS Contract Holder, identified in the CHESS Solicitation, and under under the appropriate NAICS code. � AFARS 5139.101-90(a)(1) The Army�s Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) program, under the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems, is the mandatory source for commercial information technology (IT) hardware and software purchases. 5139.101-90� Policy. (a)� Commercial information technology hardware and software. (1)� The Army�s Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) program, under the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems, is the mandatory source for commercial IT hardware and software purchases.� CHESS contracts provide IT products and services that comply with U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command, Army and DoD policy and standards.� Please verify that both the DUNS #, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM).
