Description

The purpose of this RFP will be to conduct a survey in parallel to the NTEWS that will explore modifications to the content through a small, representative, non-production sample. We call this experimental survey a Bridge Panel (BP). The BP will allow NCSES to explore an expansion of and different approaches to some of the survey content in the current round of the NTEWS, particularly areas that were inconclusive during the cognitive testing. The BP is named so because it serves as a bridge between the current and future cycles of the NTEWS for question and methodological development and statistical adjustment. As named, we do intend to follow this inaugural panel of sampled cases for subsequent data collections.� The solicitation will be posted no sooner than 15 days from posting. This requirement is restricted to Institutes of Higher Education.� See the attached Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition for futher information.�
