Description

You are invited to submit a proposal in response to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) Geo-XO Spacecraft Phase A Study solicitation.� The principal purpose of this requirement is to provide a definition-phase study of a geostationary Spacecraft. �The Spacecraft is planned to fly in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Geo-XO program which is a series of geostationary satellites with the first launch planned for 2031. NASA will conduct this acquisition as a full and open competition.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541330 and the small business size standard is $15M. � This competitive procurement will result in the award of up to two (2) Firm Fixed Price contracts at a not-to-exceed amount of $5M each.� The contract will have a period of performance of ten (10) months from the contract effective date.� The anticipated contract award date is July 2022.� The contract will be performed offsite at the Contractor�s facilities.� Please see complete cover letter in the Attachments Section
