General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�� �TX City:�� �Fort Worth Delineated Area:�� �City Limits of Fort Worth, TX Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�� �782 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�� �782 Space Type:�� �Laboratory, Office Parking Spaces (Total):�� �4 Parking Spaces (Surface):�� �4 Parking Spaces (Structured):�� �0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�� �4 Full Term:�� �10 years Firm Term:�� �3 years Option Term:�� �none Additional Requirements:�� �Must be located on 1st floor. Weekly 6 yard dumpster service required for food waste. � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. �A fully serviced lease is required. �Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
