Description

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for a contractor to provide all the necessary labor, material, equipment, facilities and services to fabricate and deliver Deep-Ocean Assessment And Reporting Of Tsunami (Dart) Higher Allowable Working Pressure Single Housing Bottom Pressure Recorder (HAWPSHBPR) canisters in accordance with the Statement of Work and drawing DSH030040 for the National Data Buoy Center at Stennis Space Center, MS. Please follow the Offeror Instructions in the solicitation document.�The NAICS code for this action is 332439 and is set aside 100 percent for small business. The government intends to procure supplies using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The government requires all contractors doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time the quote is submitted. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: www.sam.gov. In order to register with SAM and to be eligible to receive an award, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet number, which may be acquired free of charge by contacting Dun & Bradstreet on line at http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform or by phone at 1-866-705-5711. The purpose of the amendment 0001 is to provide the missing drawing.� The purpose of amendment 0002 is to provide revised offeror instructions, answers to vendor questions, a revised drawing and extend the close date until March 10, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Central Time.� A signed copy of this amendment shall be provided a spart of the submitted documents.�
