Description

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking a qualified contractors for a firm-fixed price contract to accomplish hull cleaning and ultrasonic thickness (UT) tests on two (2) YCs open lighter vessels located at Naval Base San Diego, California in accordance with (IAW) work specification HRMC-004-22.� This solicitation is a request for quote - N32253-22-Q-0031.� Period of Performance:� � � � � � � � � � �Commences 14 MAR 2022 with a delivery date of 25 MAR 2022*� �(*updated) Performance work location:������������� Naval Base San Diego, Mole Pier The Offer must be submitted in IAW with the CLIN structure established in the Solicitation.� Submissions are to be sent via email to both the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this posting.� Quotes are due to this office no later than 8�March 2022 at 1000 HST.� A ship check will not be conducted.� Oral offers will not be accepted. �All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). � This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04, DFARS last updated 12/30/2021 and NMCARS 18-21. � Questions:� All questions shall be submitted, in writing via e-mail, to both primary and secondary points of contact by 2 MAR 2022 at 1300 HST. �The Government does not anticipate extending the due date for receipt of quotes, therefore, review the RFQ and these instructions thoroughly so all of your concerns/questions can be addressed.
