- DLA Land Warren is issuing a solicitation that will result in a firm-fixed price three year IDIQ contact for the following item: NSN: 2530-01-506-4129 Noun: WHEEL,PNEUMATIC TIR Part Number: 12512438 (19207) - includes manufacturer parts Guaranteed Minimum Quantity: 102 each Maximum Quantity: 1,836 each FOB: Destination Technical data is available for this procurement. The solicitation should be released to the web on or about February 25, 2022 with a close date of March 28, 2022. See the solicitation for actual closing date. REVERSE AUCTION - The solicitation will contain provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction, which allows for the use of a reverse auction as a pricing technique. �After the solicitation closes, the contracting officer will determine if a reverse auction will be held. �If a reverse auction is held, contractors must be registered in the reverse auction system in order to participate in the auction. �Additionally, the contractor representative participating in the auction must have taken the on-line reverse auction training prior to the auction. �Registration, on-line training, and other information regarding the reverse auction can be found at https://dla.procurexinc.com. �Any questions related to the reverse auction system or process can be directed to the Contract Specialist.
