- SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Mobile MRI Lease The Department of Veterans Affairs, Louis Stokes Cleveland Medical Center (CLE VAMC), 10701 East Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44106 intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority VAAR 819.7007, Sole source awards to Service-disabled Veteran-owned small business concerns. The NAICS code is 334510 with a small business size standard of 1,250. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with one of Salvadorini Consulting, LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB). The Ingenia Elition delivers on superb image quality and performs MRI exams up to 50% faster. Fast overall exam-time achieved by improving patient handling setup time at the e 3D scanning. Furthermore, the Ingenia Elition offers and immersive audio-visual experience to calm patients and guide them through MR exams. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at 5PM EST. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
