- � The purpose of this Sole Source Justification is to extend the period of performance of contract number 91003118C0011 (Contract) with Remote Learner, LLC (Contractor) for 3 months. The Contract is a firm-fixed price contract to provide software server level maintenance and technical support for FSA�s Learning Management Platform (LMP), a critical program for FSA�s mission.� The LMP must continue without interruption and the Contractor is the only reasonable source able to meet the needs of the agency and program in the timeframe required.
