- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District seeks a contractor to�plant 1,600 bareroot and 300 3-gallon containerized tree seedlings, install tree protectors on 1,300 seedlings, and implement follow up mechanical and chemical vegetation control Goose Island County Park and Mormon Slough sites in La Crosse County, Wisconsin and at the Swift Slough Site in Allamakee County, Iowa. Quotes must contain: Complete Pricing schedule Certified applicator list, with copies of certification credentials Tree seedling storage plan This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses.� Offeror shall be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation. Quotes must be received no later than the date and time stated in the solicitation. Quotes received after the deadline are Late, and may not be considered for contract award.
