- ONAQUI FENCE REMOVAL - 2022 West Desert District Project This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. Solicitation number 140L3522Q0003 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this RFQ. The RFQ is set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors with a size standard of $15m. This project is located in Tooele County, Utah. Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov to be considered eligible for award. The System for Award Management (SAM) is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS. There is NO fee to register for this site. The attached Specifications, Map, Bid Schedule, DOL Wage Determination, and Clauses and Provisions are incorporated in this solicitation.
