- Description
- The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service, (NMFS), Office of Law Enforcement (OLE), is soliciting quotes for Remote Simultaneous Interpretation Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 541930, with a size standard of 8.0M. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04, effective 01/26/2022. The RFQ is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 via�� http://www.sam.gov . The solicitation number is 1333LF22QNFFK0009. �Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued.� Award will be made on Low Price/Technically Acceptable evaluation factors.� Quoters must ensure quotes provide all information required in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.��Quotes shall include evidence of an approved platform and the ability to provide skilled interpreters for the subject languages. Price will be evaluated for reasonableness and completeness.� An excessively high or low price may be deemed to indicate a lack of understanding of the requirements of this solicitation. Please provide three references of the same or simalar type of work performed in the last two years.� An active registration in the System for Award Management is required by the closing date and time of this solicitation to be considered for award. For information on how to register your company on Firms offering a response to this notice shall ensure that they are registered in the System for Award�Management (SAM), www.sam.gov, prior to submission of proposals. All vendors doing business with the Government are required to be registered with the SAM. �Award will not be issued to vendors not actively registered within SAM. �For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following web site:� https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. In order to register with the SAM and be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors shall also have a Dun & Bradstreet Number. The anticipated award date is on or about March 9, 2022. This acquisition will be awarded as a firm fixed price order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 (Commercial Acquisition).
