- N0016420GJQ96_N0016422FJ087 � SOLE SOURCE � Contractor Support Services (CSS) and Interim Sustainment Support (ISS) supplies/services for the AN/AAQ-30 series of Target Sight Systems (TSS).� PSC R425/K016 - NAICS 334511 � Anticipated Issue Date: 25 February 2022 - Anticipated Closing Date: 14 March 2022 - 2:00 PM EST�� � Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to issue Job Order 0004 under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0016420GJQ96 with Lockheed Martin Corporation, FL.� Acquisitions under the BOA will be conducted on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.� As the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the TSS, Lockheed Martin is the only source that currently possesses sufficient requisite knowledge, engineering expertise, aircraft integration information, and technical data required to perform these efforts. No other source has the technical qualification and necessary resources to neither supply the requirement described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Government's requirements. The estimated funding for Job Order 0004 for BOA N0016420GJQ96 is anticipated to be $3,500,000.� The maximum order value of BOA N0016420GJQ96 will remain unchanged. This Job Order 0004 is anticipated to procure Contractor Support Services (CSS) and Interim Sustainment Support (ISS), system upgrade support, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) support, and other associated support including supplies/services for the AN/AAQ-30 series of TSS.
