- Description
- The PEPFAR Senior Program Oversight and Accountability Technical Advisor for PEPFAR Tanzania manages critical and time-sensitive communications on Program Oversight and Accountability between the various USG departments and agencies involved in PEPFAR. The PEPFAR Senior Program Oversight and Accountability Technical Advisor will provide high quality technical assistance to the USG PEPFAR/Tanzania country team, technical working groups, implementing partners, and Government of Tanzania (GOT) counterparts to ensure that the portfolio of program activities contributes to the national HIV/AIDS strategic goals and targets. The Senior Program Oversight and Accountability Technical Advisor will generate accurate data analyses and reports to inform national policy, and to meet the Office of the Global AIDS Coordinator (OGAC) reporting requirements. The Senior Program Oversight and Accountability Technical Advisor will receive day-to-day direction and operational guidance from the PEPFAR/Tanzania Country Coordinator. In the absence of the PEPFAR Country Coordinator and the Deputy Coordinator, the Senior Program Oversight and Accountability Technical Advisor acts as the PEPFAR Country Coordinator.
