- The contractor shall provide all labor, material, supplies, transportation, management, supervision, equipment, and all other necessary items complete the janitorial cleaning task for the Questa Ranger District, Questa, NM. The area under contract will include the Main Office Building and all related areas such as entrance ways, corridors, lobbies, conference room, two (2) restrooms, closets and kitchen; as well as the Fire Readiness/Workout Room and all related areas such as entrance ways, restroom, open common areas/fitness area, and kitchen.
