- Please review attachments for combinted synopsis/solicitation and complete performance work statement. Below is a brief description from the performance work statement. The contractor shall provide all non-personal services for the operation and management of the Langley AFB lodging facility to include, but not limited to providing all necessary personnel, tools, transportation, and materials necessary for the execution of the linen exchange requirement in accordance with commercial industry standards and practices. The contractor shall pickup, wash, dry, press, fold, and drop off linens IAW this PWS.
