Description

The Air Force is soliciting submissions from firms interested in leasing vacant land for fair market value rent or in-kind consideration on Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS), Florida. The purpose of the Lease is to enable qualified Offeror�s to finance, design, construct, operate, and maintain space craft and payload processing facilities (PPFs) at select sites to be determined by the USSF in partnership with the Lessee during Lease negotiations. The goal is to team with commercial industry for the development, operation, and sustainment of PPFs that increase processing capacity and throughput for DoD, civil, and/or commercial space vehicles and payloads on CCSFS.
