- Advertisement RLP Procurement Summary GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Arizona City: Flagstaff Delineated Area: City Limits of Flagstaff Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,258 sqft. ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,321 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 3 parking spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 3 parking spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 parkings spaces Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: 1- 5 year renewal option Additional Requirements: Building must not be within .5 miles of businesses such as tattoo parlors, pawn shops, liquor stores, bars, medical marijuana facillities and homeless shelters.�Offered space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, such as irregular shape of demised space, large columns, narrow core to building fa�ade, column spacing less than 20� on center, etc.� Offered space must be located on the first floor if located within a multi-storied building.�� Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease [is/is not] required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
