Atchafalaya River Levees, St. Mary Levee District, Charenton Floodgate, Replacement, St. Mary Parish, Louisiana (ED 21-019) �**************************************************************** Amendment 0002 has been added to this record. �**************************************************************** Added the Interest Bidders List to this record. �**************************************************************** The Interested Bidders List has been added to this record. �**************************************************************** Amendment 0001 has been added to this record. �**************************************************************** Description and Magnitude of the Work: The work consists of clearing and grubbing; structural excavation; temporary retaining structure; placement of steel sheet piling, H-piling, and pipe piling; construction of 380 feet of new flood wall; construction of a new sector gate structure; placement of geotextile; excavation and levee embankment placement; miscellaneous metal work, painting, scour protection, turf establishment; and other related incidental work. NAICS code 237990. Phase 1 will evaluate proposals per the INSTRUCTION TO OFFERORS with the submittal of Volume I. Phase 2 will provide the 100% plans and specifications necessary to complete the Price Factor with a submittal date for Volume II. The estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00. The procurement is issued as full and open competition. The cutoff date and time f or Contractor questions is Friday, 28 January 2022 at 10:00 AM Local Time.
