- The United States Military Academy at West Point - NY has a requirement for Skydio 2+ Enterprise Drone Kits as listed in the attached Solicitation# W911SD22R0066.� The Federal Government now requires all vendors to complete (fill in) and sign/date the Solicitation (SF1449) with all quoted offers.� 2 different formats are attached for your convenience.� However, you only have to complete ONE.� The SF1449 must be fully completed and returned to me as follows... �� PAGE 1:� Block 12, 17a, and *24 (*Combined Overall Total for the entire Contract)���� PAGE 1:� Block 30 a / b / c� (must be SIGNED/DATED; can't accept quote w/o signature)��� PAGE 3 thru 4:� The Unit Prices -and- Overall Totals for each line item (a total of 3) PAGE 7:� Fill in the applicable slot in Clause# 52.204-8 PAGE 8 thru 55:� DO NOT WORRY ABOUT FILLING ANYTHING ELSE OUT if you checked �Paragraph �d� applies� on Page 7 in Clause# 52.204-8 (it means you�re registered in SAM�s).� If you checked that block, the Solicitation / RFQ is considered ""completed"".�� Please note� completion and submittal of the SF1449 is mandatory in order for your quote to be considered (no exceptions). NOTE 1:� This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS Code 336411; business size 1,500 employees.� Your company must be an Authorized Seller / Distributor of Skydio Inc in order to participate.� You must submit proof from Skydio Inc (signed / dated Memo with Skydio POC / Email / Phone) (*** INFO WILL BE VERIFIED ***). NOTE 2:� Your offer can only be accepted if it meets ALL�3 of the following regulatory parameters (not just 2 & 3)� Section 848 of the National Defense Authorization Act for FY2020, Pub. L. No. 116-92�Unmanned Aircraft Systems Considered Non-Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) or Considered Programs of Record (PoR). FAR 52.211-6 �Brand Name or Equal FAR 52.225-1 �Buy American Act � Supplies NOTE 3:� This solicitation is Firm Fixed Price only.� Federal Government prefers FOB - Destination.� If your company plans to add shipping cost, it must incorporate it (include it) to the cost of the Main Line Item (Line Item 1) and have the quote listed as ""FOB - Destination"".�� Quotes with FOB-Origin or Estimated / Adjustable Shipping Fees will not be accepted and will cause your quote to be rejected for this solicitation. NOTE 4:� Promotional / Discount Pricing will only be accepted if the offer is available for a minimum of at least 10 business days from the date the solicitation closes (not from the date you submit your quote).� Any offers below the 10-day minimum requirement will have to be offered as Non-Promotional / Non-Discount price only. NOTE 5:� Quotes will only be accepted if they are completed and processed as stated in NOTE 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.� Please make sure to provide the following data on your quote - or - on your email reply: 1.� Full Company Name and Address 2.� DUNS Number 3.� CAGE Code 4.� TAX ID# (aka �EIN� or �TIN�#) 5.� Business Size (this notice is set-aside for Small Businesses only).� 6.� The NAICS Code(s) your company uses to identify its business size (list ALL of them). 7.� Any applicable Small Business Certification(s) (ie� 8a, WOSB, EDWOSB, HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.) 8.� Company POC, Email, Phone#. All parties that qualify for this solicitation in accordance with NOTE 1 & 2 above should email their questions, responses, quotes, specs, and attachments to jorge.l.acevedo4.civ@army.mil.
