- 143LRS P3 Vehicle Maintenance Equipment �***THIS ACTION IS BEING PROCESSED UNDER THE SHORT OF AWARD AUTHORITY � SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS*** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular [2022-04] and through Department of Defense Acquisition Regulation Change Notice [12/30/2021]. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions can be found at: https://www.acquisition.gov/browse/index/far Solicitation: W50S94-22-Q-0007 The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) This Acquisition is Set-Aside for: 100% Small Business NAICS/PSC: 811111 / 4910 Submit your quote by email (sandra.e.yazidjian.mil@army.mil) Quotes are required to be received no later than 3:00pm EST, Monday 7 March 2022. All vendors responding MUST be registered with the �System for Award Management� (SAM) https://www.sam.gov. Refer to attached ""B08 143LRS P3 VMS Equipment Combo.docx"" and submit quotes via email to sandra.e.yazidjian.mil@army.mil Quotes received later than the due date/time noted above will be considered unresponsive and rejected. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Rhode Island Air National Guard (RIANG) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the synopsis/solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award shall be based upon the Best Value to the Government. Best value can include but is not limited to price, delivery date, warranty and technical capability.
