- Biofeedback System Title of Project: Biofeedback Equipment Scope of Work: Vendor will supply equipment and training program Type of contract: Firm Fixed Price History/Background/Purpose: The Lebanon VAMC has a need for NeXus-10 BioTrace Biofeedback System equipment coupled with virtual training for three (3) providers. Brand Name or Equal Requirements: NeXus-10 BioTrace Biofeedback System. The equal to product must be able to provide all three of the following training certificates, traditional biofeedback, neurofeedback and QEEG feedback. Salient Characteristics: Integrated system to biofeedback neurofeedback and psychological research 4 channels of EEG or sEMG 4 channels for peripheral signals ie. Heart rate, relative blood flow, skin conductance, respiration, temperature 4 additional AUX inputs Inputs for triggers Inputs for digital sensors Bluetooth or USB data transfer Deliverables/Installation/Incidental Services: Description Quantity NeXus Mark II Blue Tooth/USB 10 Channel Processing 1 NX-BVP1C-Blood Volume/Pulse Sensor 1 NX-RSP1A-Respiration Sensor 1 NX-TMP1B-Temperature Sensor 1 NX-GSR1D-Galvanic Skin Response sensor 1 NX-EXG-EMG, EEG, EKG and EOG dual channel sensor cable 2 NX-REF1-EXG Snap Reference Cable 1 Cart for holding system, printer, laptop, screen 1 Tony Hughes NeXus Biofeedback Lab manual 1 Data Acquisition Center including laptop, printer and monitor 1 NX-Extra Battery Pack for MKII 1 4630 Moveable Pregelled disposable electrodes, 6 on-a-strip, snaps, 150/bag 1 Cohesive Wrap Tape (6) 1 On-line professional biofeedback certificate program 3 Delivery Requirement: The equipment shall be delivered to 1700 South Lincoln Avenue, Warehouse, Lebanon PA 17042. Delivery will be coordinated with Dr. Tracy Shelper. There are no limitations the vendor needs to be aware of to make the delivery; and the deliveries do not need to be staggered to accommodate installation or some other event. This is not a recurring deliverable. General Conditions: there are no special requirements the vendor needs to be aware of in order to complete the delivery or installation. Vendor will install and provide training.
