Description

SOURCES SOUGHT: THIS NOTICE IS MARKET RESEARCH TO SUPPORT INCLUSION OF SOLE SOURCE (BRAND NAME OR EQUAL) SPECIFICATIONS IN FY22 Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization of the facility to ensure total system compatibility with the existing equipment installed on previous construction land/or existing standardized systems across the installation at Key Field Air National Guard Base in Meridian, MS - AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The 186th Air Refueling Wing (ARW), Mississippi intends to specify the below listed items as a portion of a larger construction contract to be executed at the 186th ARW, MS. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement between other manufacturers, for the specific items listed below, based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Reference FAR 6.302-1(c), ""Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements - Application for brand name descriptions."" Items: OldMill Thin Brick Veneer or approved equal - Thin brick shall be 1/2"" nominal thickness and shall include corner pieces where necessary. Armstrong� Calla ceiling grid and ceiling tile or approved equal - Install new ceiling grid and ceiling tile in 2�x2� pattern in identified areas throughout project area. Mannington Nature's Path or approved equal - Provide and install glue-down luxury vinyl plank flooring with micro bevel edges.� Flooring shall be 6"" wide, minimum 0.10"" overall thickness and 20 mil wear layer, 10-year commercial warranty.� Provide transitional thresholds as necessary at the project limits. Lithonia LDN 6 or approved equal - 120 volt recessed lighting 1SW/1500 lumens per foot 6"" commercial down light recessed mounting, dimmable. Lithonia RAZ 6 Moddular under cabinet lighting or approved equal - 120 volt under cabinet lighting, 1SW/1500 lumens per foot, surface mounted. Broan BCSD1356SS or approved equal - 250 CFM (min) high-capacity ventilation hood with lithts, stainless steel, install ducted above ceiling Delta 978-DST or approved equal - Single handle pull-down kitchen faucet, chrome finish Zurn Z415-BZ1 or approved equal - Flush-mount, 6"" drain with P-trap, stainless steel top, include P-trap Kraus KA1US33B or approved equal � Undermount stainless steel kitchen sink, Min. 32""Wx19""Lx9""D THIS NOTICE IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE AND NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. No solicitation will be available as these Brand Name or Equal items will be incorporated into the specifications of FY22 solicitations for Construction Projects on Key Field Air National Guard Base, Mississippi. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine the interest and capability of firms who believe they can provide products that are compatible with the Items above.�� Vendors who offer the above items which can meet all of the above functional criteria are invited to respond to this notice. Responses must include the following information: (1) Identification of the manufacturer's name, address, and country of product manufacture. (2) Fully detailed specification sheets.
