- This Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) is posted for planning and market research only. This RFI does not constitute a Request for Proposal, Request for Quotation, or Invitation for Bids. This RFI does not commit the Government to issue any type of solicitation or award a contract. This RFI does not restrict the Government from a particular acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse any respondent for any cost associated with information submitted in response to this Sources Sought RFI. The Security Cooperation Program Office (SCPO) is seeking information from industry on capabilities and abilities to procure new Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC) L-3 WESCAM MX-Series Electro-Optical Infrared (EO/IR) sensor systems and associated components and sub-components, including the integration and engineering support services required to install these systems onboard commercial or foreign built aircraft. In addition, this RFI seeks information from industry on capabilities to support or perform technical assistance, configuration management, obsolescence management, system testing, training, and supply/repair services, of CCC L-3 WESCAM MX-Series EO/IR sensor systems, sub-systems and associated components for currently fielded equipment installed in commercial or foreign built customer aircraft. Vendors should specifically provide information regarding experience in production, procurement, repair and integration of CCC L-3 WESCAM EO/IR sensor systems. HOW TO RESPOND: Please provide whitepapers, commercial pamphlets, or any documentation that would describe the company�s ability to meet the above requirements.� Interested parties shall respond within five days after release of this RFI with product information that meets all or a subset of the aforementioned attributes. Please submit your response to this RFI (not to exceed ten (10) pages) via e-mail no later than 02 March 2022 at 3:00 P.M. EST to Lauren Clemmens at lauren.a.clemmens.civ@us.navy.mil.
