Description

Title: Rent Bill Management Occupancy Agreement Finalization Services Description(s): This is a Request for Information (Sources Sought Notice). Interested vendors should provide their responses including capabilities statement to the POCs identified on this notice by no later than 9:00am March 11, 2022. A detailed list of GSAs requirements is below. Please include: Services required for reviewing all new PBS rent bills and proposed changes to rent bills to ensure compliance with various PBS policies, alignment with source documents, and accuracy. Knowledge of several PBS information technology (IT) systems is required. These include: OA Tool where all occupancy agreement data is stored, G-REX which houses lease and owned inventory source documents, the Appraisal Data System which stores appraised rates for various space types in the owned inventory, RENT on the WEB (ROW) (for historical billing data to verify billing adjustments, and the RBM Tool, the review tool used by the RBM contractor to assess each OA.
