- Description
- There exist the potential need for the purchase, delivery, installation/hook-up of temporary dorms (modular or other) able to house 380 people, with a maintenance plan, on Shaw AFB. We are looking for market research pricing and interested sources that can provide temporary dorms. The dorms will need to be designed to meet the requirements as outlines in the SoW, or if your company already has buildings that can meet the criteria, the submittal of the designs for review will be required to determine if they will meet the needs. This review/determination will be done by the Civil Engineering Squadron. This is NOT A FORMAL solicitation and is purely being used for Market Research. We are requesting pricing in order to get an understanding of the market and what we could anticipate in the future should this turn into a full requirement. We have provided additional attachments to help provide an idea of what we are looking to acquire. Any designs attached to this RFI should be used as a guide to help you create or identify current designs for temporary dorms. You ARE ALLOWED and ENCOURAGED to offer alternative solutions to meet the customer�s needs. If you do, provide a detailed explanation of your suggestion in order for the reviewer to make a determination on if it would be considered.
