Description

VA HANDBOOK 6500.6 MARCH 12, 2010 APPENDIX C C-12 Pre-solicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source Pre-Solicitation Notice of intent to award a sole source contract.  This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with:    Daavlin Co. (056696347) 205 W Bement Street Bryan, OH 43506 Unique Entity ID (SAM): LUXYE46L4P67 The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Medical Center intends to award a purchase order, Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source contract for Daavlin 3 Series Neolux and Daavlin M Series CX 311/350 devices and tables to a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) Daavlin Company, Daavlin Company is the OEM and the requested equipment is only available through the OEM and there are no authorized distributors. The authority for applying the Required Sources of Supplies and Service of FAR 8. Daavlin Company is listed under the Federal Supply Schedule with GSA Contract #36F79718D0450. The intent is to procure these services on a sole source basis. No solicitation will be posted to Contract Opportunities.   The NAICS 339112.
