Description
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort-Eustis anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a requirement in support of the United States Army Combined Arms Center (USACAC) at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. The USACAC provides the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) with long-range training and education concepts and strategies, doctrine, training development and support products. The USACAC works in concert with TRADOCs mission to develop, educate, and train soldiers, civilians, and leaders; support unit training; and design, build, and integrate a versatile mix of capabilities, formations, and equipment to strengthen the U.S. Army as Americas force of decisive action. The USACAC is a major subordinate command of TRADOC and serves as the proponent for leadership development, professional military education for the officers, warrant officers, noncommissioned officers and civilians; mission Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C4ISR); collective and functional training and Army doctrine; and dissemination of observations and lessons learned. The USACACs mission also requires a quick response to emerging doctrinal issues and missions to ensure the Army provides the latest training and doctrine to our soldiers. A Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MAIDIQ) is required in order to perform these services. The place of performance will be specified in each task order (TO), but the primary place of performance will be Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. The Government anticipates awarding a target of seven (7) firm-fixed-price (FFP) multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (MA IDIQ) contracts with a five (5) year ordering period to eligible small business concerns. Please note, this is NOT an RFP; only a Pre-solicitation Notice. Solicitation will be issued on or about March 16, 2022. A notification will be issued on the Governmentwide Point of Entry website at https://www.sam.gov. All offers shall be provided as specified in the solicitation. It is required that all contractors doing business with the Government be registered with the System for Award Management at http://www.sam.gov.This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay forany proposal preparation costs.
