This is an amendment notice to solicitation M00264-22-Q-0013. The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Provide the Government's answers to industry questions. RFQ Attachment 1 is separately attached; 2) Provide revision to 52.212-1 Addendum and FAR 52.212-2 Addendum; 3) Provide revised PWS; 4) Provide revised RFQ Attachment 4 Pricing Template that is separately attached; 5) Provide revised Schedule of Services; 6) Remove FAR 52.217-5 and FAR 52.217-9 to reflect conversion from option periods to a five year ordering period. Please see the attached documents: Amendment 0001, RFQ Attachment 1, and Rev RFQ Attachment 4 for detailed information.�
