Description

The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, located in Gallup, NM, has an upcoming requirement for Non-Personal Healthcare Services for Scrub Techs in the Perioperative (OR) Department. The requirement is for a Base plus 4 Option Periods. Period of Performance: Base: 04/01/2022 � 06/30/2022 Option Period 1: 07/01/2022 � 09/30/2022 Option Period 2: 10/01/2022 � 12/31/2022 Option Period 3: 01/01/2023 � 03/31/2023 Option Period 4: 04/01/2023 � 06/30/2023 The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 with a small business size standard of $30.0M.� The Request for Quotations No. 75H71022Q00028 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 03/02/2022.� Evaluation factors may include Quality Control Program, Technical Approach to Performance Requirement, Past Performance, Cost Break Down, and Price.� Quotes will be due on or by 03/08/2022 @ 1:00pm EST.
