Description: The General Services Administration (GSA), Great Lakes Region 5, announces an opportunity to acquire a qualified firm to restore the building plaza, steps and accessible ramp at the E. Ross Adair Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse located at 1300 S. Harrison Street in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Restoration will include limestone and granite repairs, mortar replacement of plaza wing walls and accessible ramp, installation for positive drainage system, sidewalk repairs/replacement, replacement of existing sand with polymeric, handrail removal cleaning and reinstallation and addressing ongoing tread displacement. Contractors should have historic preservation experience.�
