NOTICE:� � � �This solicitation will only be available to contractors who currently hold�a contract with GSA Region 6, under the (R6) Multiple-Award, Design Build Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order Contract for Construction Services, for the states of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska (GSA, PBS Region 6) Contracts�(47PG00220D0003 thru 27). Renovate existing office space for the Internal Revenue Service�(IRS) on the 3rd floor. Renovate existing office space for the Executive Office of the United States�Attorney (EOUSA) on the 4th Floor. Work includes architectural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and asbestos demolition.
