- N0016422RJY53 � SOLE SOURCE - L3HARRIS TACTICAL RADIO PROCUREMENT AND REPAIR � PSC 5825 � NAICS 334220 Issue Date: 02 March 2022 � Closing Date: 17 March 2022 ITEM DESCRIPTION - Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC-CR) in support of the United States Air Force (USAF) Tactical Air Control Party-Modernization (TACP-M) program office has a requirement for the procurement and repair of tactical radio models RT-1694 (AN/PRC-150), RT-1949 (AN/PRC-117G), RT-1796 (AN/PRC-117F), AN/PRC-152A, AN/PRC-160(V), AN/PRC-163 and AN/PRC-167 from L3Harris Technologies. This effort also includes the procurement and repair of associated communications equipment (i.e. amplifiers, accessories and test equipment). � The estimated maximum is $246.4M and the contract minimum amount is $2,500. The anticipated timeframe for the release of the solicitation is estimated to be 31 May 2022. NSWC-CR located at Naval Support Activity, 300 Highway 361, Crane, IN, 47522, intends to award a five year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price, sole-source contract to L3Harris Technologies, Inc., 1680 University Ave., Rochester, NY 14610. Delivery will be FOB Destination. This effort will be conducted on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. The solicitation will be made available through SAM.gov. The Government anticipates contract award for the procurement in the second quarter of fiscal year 2023. A related Request for Information, N0016422SNB22, was previously posted on SAM.gov. Contractor must be properly registered in the Government System for Award Management database (SAM) and in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive controlled attachments. Contractors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation of requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220, or via the Internet at www.sam.gov. Information about the JCP is located at https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/PublicHome/jcp/default.aspx. The controlled attachments will be posted to SAM at the same time RFI is posted. All changes that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to SAM.gov. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
