Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Queen of Safety Supply Co., LLC, 10101 Forum Park Dr Apt 2028 Houston TX, 77036 to procure, deliver, assemble and install approximately 574 clear acrylic social distancing panels and approximately 1,148 brackets that will attach to the existing workstation panels (as needed per location) at the Office of Information Technology (OIT) facilities located in Salt Lake City, Utah. This requirement is in response for the need to return to a safe work environment during and due to the pandemic. This proposed contract is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106. This is a ""Notice of Intent"" and not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. Interested parties that feel they can provide the services may respond to the point of contact listed in this notice with a capability statement no later than 10:00AM EST on March 8, 2021. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
