This effort will also support AFRL digital transformation efforts in digital engineering. Tasks/Objectives: The contractor shall provide the personnel, materials, and equipment necessary to conduct the following task. The contractor shall develop a conceptual design for the munition payload. The contractor shall develop analysis/trades and simulation models of the munition payload. The contractor shall integrate models and simulations from other sources as required to perform analysis of munition payload. The contractor shall demonstrate analysis of conceptual design and provide analysis/trades and simulation models to the government. The contractor shall utilize model-based systems engineering Government Reference Architecture (GRA) to derive and trace requirements to verification artifacts. The Government will provide the GRA. The contractor shall identify any government provided resources projected to complete these tasks. Resources such as number and work location of additional personnel, non-NIPRnet computers, e.g. Defense Research and Engineering Network (DREN) DoD network in the support of scientific research and development or test and evaluation, enclaves, commercial software (MatLab, compilers, etc.), High-Performance Computer access, classified computer system (SIPRnet, SDREN Secret DREN, etc.) access, tools, etc., should be included. Travel may be required for this task. Determination of travel requirements will be based on availability of VTC options and status of health based travel restrictions.
