Description: Olympus America Inc is the OEM of surgical scopes, which currently there are 17 that need to be repaired/rebuilt at VAGLAHS. There are only 4 working scopes for surgeries. The only authorized repair/service provider to repair the scopes are Olympus, if anyone other than Olympus personnel were to perform any service on the surgical scopes, the limited product warranty will be voided. This is an urgent requirement, as Olympus are the only source capable of performing the services needed. This is a short-term sole source award.
