Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE The 5th Contracting Squadron at Minot AFB, North Dakota, intends to award a single source purchase order to Martin�s RV Service Center, Inc. as a result as of them being the original source for the purchase or these custom built low profile campers at Minot AFB. Utilizing this source will ensure uniformity throughout the existing fleet. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by 3.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is after 21 March 2022 and prior to 1 Oct 2022. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals.� However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above.� Deadline date for the submittals is 21 March 2022 at 2:00 pm Central Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.� Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
