- Special Notice Special Notice Page 3 of 3 Special Notice *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 3 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, Jackson, MS intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed price delivery order in accordance with FAR 8.405-6, limiting sources with First Nation Group, 4566 Highway 20 East, Suite #208, Niceville, FL 32578-8839. This procurement is for the Alice 6 LDxS Diagnostic Sleep System Bundle and other necessary supplies to include full service and maintenance. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 339113 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. Responses to this notice shall be emailed to William Shaver at William.shaver@va.gov. Include the following in the email subject line: Alice 6 LDxS Diagnostic Sleep System Bundle. Responses must be received by 07:00am (central), Tuesday, March 8, 2022.
