Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) intends to issue a noncompetitive Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to GenScript USA Incorporated (DUNS 832738806), 860 Centennial Ave, Piscataway, NJ 08854 for SARS-CoV-2 Surrogate Virus Neutralization Test (sVNT) Kits and associated reagents. The maximum amount that can be ordered under the resultant 5-year BPA is the limitation in accordance with FAR 13.303-5(b)(2). The BPA shall be for a period of 5-years or the limitation in accordance with FAR 13.303-5(b)(2), whichever comes first. All BPA calls will be firm fixed price. This is a notice of intent to sole source with fair opportunity for all responsible sources to see the solicitation and respond if capable. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The requirement is essential to meeting the government's needs. All responsible sources capable of providing the supply item listed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The response must explain completely and in detail how the item meets each characteristic indicated in the justification. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government will not reimburse participants for information they provide. Information provided is strictly voluntary. Please email responses to Amanda Barbosa at amanda.barbosa@usda.gov no later than the time indicated below. Telephonic inquiries will not be honored. Closing date for submission is 03/21/2022, at 2:00 p.m. CT. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 325413 with a small business size standard of less than 1250 employees.�
