All quotations must be received on or before the deadline of March 25, 2022, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. � Estimated Date of Award is April 8, 2022. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in�subpart�12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Herlong, CA intends to issue a solicitation for the following:� Replace Food Service Makeup Air Unit (MAUs). The NAICS code for this requirement is 238220.� The contract type is a firm-fixed price.� The Government will award based on price, technical capability, and past performance. �Please quote on brand name or equal to Reznor Model RPBL-1200 Makeup Air Units. Estimated Date of Award is March 18, 2022. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at https://www.sam.gov.� All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The due date is March 4, 2022, 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the beta SAM web site https://beta.sam.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
