- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) **AMENDMENT TO SOLICITATION TO EXTEND SOLICITATION PERIOD TO MONDAY, MARCH 7, 2022 AT 1600 PST. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center � Pacific Islands requires the programming and installation of their new Navipilot 4000+ aboard the NOAA Ship Rainier in Honolulu, HI. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2120-22-00651 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. This solicitation is being posted as Full and Open Competition. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1:������������ Programming and Installation of new NaviPilot 4000+ (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired:� The NOAA ship Rainier requires the procurement of programming and installation services for their new NaviPilot 4000+. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance.
