- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and award. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Office of Law Enforcement in Brunswick, Georgia has a requirement for a training venue to conduct a Use of Force Training Program. This will be a fixed price contract. The period of performance will be for nine (9) months. This posting will be referred to under Request for Proposal (RFP) Number 140F0422R0012. This document is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13 incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04. This requirement is full and open and unrestricted. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 611699, All other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction with a business size standard of $12.0.
