Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice Solicitation: 36C252-22-B-0017_2 Project: Repair Water Intrusion Building 400 Project Number: 676-22-113 Location: Tomah VA Medical Center, Tomah, WI The Tomah VA Medical Center has a requirement to Repair Water Intrusion at Building 400 at the Tomah VA Medical Center, 500 E. Veterans Street, Tomah, WI 54660. This construction project involves 6 portions of repairs Seal and Tuck-point Building Replace Roof Paint exterior wood & venting Replace Heat Tape Gutter Lines Restoration and painting of the Cupola The project is scheduled to have a period of performance of 120 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued by the Contracting Officer. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238160 - Roofing Contractors with a size standard $16.5 Million size standard applies. Estimated price range for construction is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bid, the bidder must represent that it is a SDVOSB concern, a small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to the acquisition, and is CVE verified for eligibility in the VIP database. The solicitation (including any/all specifications and drawings) will be posted to SAM.GOV (https://sam.gov/) on or about March 8, 2022. The bid opening is approximately scheduled for April 22, 2022. A pre-bid conference/site walk-through shall be conducted for this project and the time and date will be announced in the solicitation. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. All interested parties shall have a current registration and current annual On-line Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA) in the System Award Management (SAM) database https://www.sam.gov prior to award.
