- Description
- USAID/Mozambique intends to award a five-year cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) completion contract for Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Service. The main objective of the award is to establish a mechanism to strengthen USAID/Mozambique�s evidence-based decision-making by providing continuous, on-the-ground, specialized MEL support to the Mission and its implementing partners (IPs). The activity will provide consistent and high- level performance monitoring and reporting support, as well as on-demand ability to implement studies, assessments, and evaluations of specific programs or activities. Additionally, the activity will provide periodic and strategic capacity-building interventions to strengthen the MEL skills of USAID and IP staff. The activity will support the Mission�s collaborating, learning, and adapting (CLA) initiatives and interventions by providing just- in-time specialized skills and logistics for a variety of efforts, such as project/activity designs, Maputo- and province-based portfolio reviews, stakeholder consultations, and pause-and-reflect sessions, in line with Mission policy and priorities as specified in the Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS), Performance Management Plan (PMP) and internal Mission Order. AMENDMENT 01 The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions related to past performance as described in Attachment 01 � Past Performance Questions and Answers AMENDMENT 02� The purpose of this amendment 02 is to provide responses to questions related to past performance as described in Attachment 01 � Past Performance Questions and Answers (2nd round). AMENDMENT 03� The purpose of this amendment 03 is to provide responses to questions� as described in Attachment 01 �Questions and Answers (3rd round)
