- This amendment is hereby issued under SPE607-20-R-0202 to open and accept proposals ONLY for below location. Receipt of proposals will CLOSE at 5pm ET on Friday March 18, 2022. Location: TNCC - Curacao International Airport, Willemstad, Curacao Product: Jet A1 Aviation Fuel with Additives (JA1) Quantity: 789,000 US Gallons - Period of Performance: 5/16/2022 to 09/30/2023 Base Reference: Platts U.S. Gulf Coast Jet 54 Waterborne Prior Weekly Average Base Reference Price: $1.908340 Base Reference Date: 6/29/21. Contractor should have the ability to inject FSII at the skin of the aircraft. Government has offered to include RampMaster refueling unit, complete with Viper Additive Injector, for the duration of the contract.
