Description: The Capitol Power Plant (CPP) generates chilled water for the cooling of various buildings located throughout the Capitol Hill complex. At present CPP consists of two refrigeration plants which utilize various combinations of York and Carrier chillers. Provide preventive and corrective maintenance for the Capitol Power Plant Refrigeration plant chillers. Please see the attached file for descriptive information pertaining to this request.
