- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Knox, KY 40121 is issuing this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation/RFQ (Request for Quote) to procure� laundry and alteration services in support of the ROTC Programs for Virginia Tech, Blackburg, VA and Radford University, Radford, VA.� The response date for the solicitation is 18 March 2022 at 1:00 pm Eastern Time.� All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to the SAM.gov website.� Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments.� Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted.� Solicitation mailing lists will not be compiled.� The solicitation and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy.� A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded.� This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, all responsible and responsive small businesses may submit an offer for consideration.� Prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management System (SAM) to be eligible for award of a contract.� Offerors shall ensure SAM registration is active.� The official SAM website is https://www.sam.gov.� Contractors are encouraged to complete SAM registration as soon as possible; the Government may not delay award for the purpose of allowing a contractor time to register in SAM.� All offers shall be submitted no later than the date and time specified for receipt in the official solicitation document.� Instructions for solicitation submission are in the attached official solicitation/RFQ document, Solicitation W9124D-22-Q-0098.�
